Ordering
By placing an order on this site you confirm the items, quantities, fulfillment type and time you selected. We start cooking as soon as the order is paid, so check it before you tap Place Order.
Prices, tax and tips
Menu prices are the same as in the restaurant and shown in US dollars before tax. Florida sales tax, any delivery fee and your tip are shown in checkout before you pay. Tips go to the staff and couriers.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup times are estimates based on the current kitchen queue. Delivery is fulfilled by our courier partners; the delivery fee you see is the fee you pay. Delivery times are estimates and can change with traffic and weather.
For delivery orders, someone must be available at the address. If a courier cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order is considered delivered.
Wrong or missing items
If something is wrong, call the location that made your order right away; the number is on your confirmation and on every page of this site. We remake the item or refund it. Refunds go back to the original payment method within a few business days.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled by phone before the kitchen starts it. Once cooking has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Alcohol
Wine and beer are available for pickup only. You must be 21 or older and show a valid ID at pickup. We refuse alcohol to anyone who cannot show ID and refund that part of the order.
Rewards and promo codes
You earn 1 point per dollar of order subtotal; 100 points equal $10 off. Points expire after 12 months without an order, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Promo codes are one per order, cannot be combined and may be limited by location, date or first-order status. We can end or change the program with notice on this site.
Payments
Payments are processed by Clover, including Apple Pay / Google Pay when we offer them. We do not store card numbers. Chargebacks for orders that were delivered as described may result in loss of rewards balance.
